In December 2019 I started working with Energy Communities Tipperary Cooperative (ECTC).
Energy Communities Tipperary Cooperative is a community led, One Stop Shop, home insulation upgrade and retrofitting organisation whose aims are to:
Improve householders living conditions i.e. warmer, more efficient houses, alleviate fuel poverty; Save money – through awareness of household energy efficiency; Create jobs in the local communities and reduce carbon footprint.

At the same time I also began working with Community Power, Ireland’s first community owned electricity supplier. Community Power is a partnership of community energy groups working for a sustainable energy future for Ireland. It grew out of Ireland’s first community owned wind farm, Templederry Wind Farm in Co Tipperary, and is now working with Irish communities to develop more renewable energy projects owned by people!
